Yellafamily prepare for week ahead
Ascot United are back in action on Saturday with the visit of Westfield (3pm), looking to keep their play-off hopes on track. And, Ascot United Women’s title-winning party continues on the road on Sunday at Woodley (2pm).
All you need to know is spread across the usual musings in our online matchday programme here, which includes a poignant piece in relation to the tragic events at Hanworth Villa almost two weeks ago.
Importantly, there are details on how you can offer your support, and all of us at Ascot United hope you will be a part of providing much needed help.
There are also photos from both games last week and a focus on the Women, plus the NLP column and the usual stats.
Looking at the week ahead, there will be a match report on Saturday, a ‘possible’ report on Sunday, and then Will Powell will guest report on Tuesday; a game which will be emotional, but will be marked with equal respect.
But for now, we’ll pause here, and let you download the copy.
Football is united. Ascot is United.
