NORTHWOOD NEXT ON FESTIVE FUN DAY / MATCHDAY PROGRAMME

Ascot United welcome Northwood to The Racecourse on Saturday for a league game. The online matchday programme is here.

Northwood lost striker Dan Williams to local rivals Uxbridge on Thursday, but the visitors will nonetheless prove tough opposition as both sides scrap for points to take them clear of the bottom.

Saturday’s league fixtures are as follows, with the top five teams all on the road and unsurprisingly therefore many of the lower-placed teams playing at home:

Ascot United v Northwood
Ashford Town v Met Police
Badshot Lea v Chertsey Town
Binfield v Uxbridge
Chipstead v Southall
Corinthian Casuals v Westfield
Guernsey v Raynes Park Vale
Hanworth Villa v Marlow
Hartley Wintney v Leatherhead
Sutton Common Rovers v Thatcham Town

The match is also Ascot United’ festive fun day with a host of activities during the afternoon and into the evening – more details here.

On Sunday, Ascot United Women have a ‘day off’ but the Ascot United Women’s Reserves host league leaders Kidlington Youth in the Southern Region Women’s Football League Division One (2pm).
