Both sides have played just 11 league games – the joint fewest of any side in the division – although Marlow’s 27-point haul leaves them in fifth compared with Ascot’ 10 points placing them 17th.

On Sunday, Ascot United Women entertain Woodley United in a league game, whereas the Reserves’ originally-scheduled trip to Eversley & California is postponed as the hosts are now in cup action, which takes priority.
