Ascot United make the short trip to the Runnymede Stadium for a midweek league clash with Egham Town (7.45pm).

The Sarnies, now with ex-Yellamen James Richardson in their side, have a win and a draw from their opening two league games, compared with Ascot’s two wins from two.

Early pacesetters London Lions are not in action, although they will still most likely top the table at the end of the evening due to their vastly superior goal difference.

Ascot’s Usman Lalustani looks sidelined for a couple of weeks with a muscle tear, although Brendan Matthew will be looking to keep up his record of scoring in every game so far against a side for whom he netted 19 in 24 appearances last season. Meanwhile, Keaton August is currently on 48 appearances as he closes in on a half-century for The Yellamen.

Last season the two sides drew 1-1 before the Surrey side nabbed a late winner in the end-of-season reverse fixture at The Racecourse.

Match report to follow.
