Yellamen look to break Hanworth hoodoo
Ascot United welcome Hanworth Villa to The Racecourse this weekend as football returns to East Berkshire in 2026.
The Villains are vying for promotion once again having lost out in last season’s play-off final, but Ascot have a fine home record and it promises to be an intriguing match-up.
Take at look at the online programme. Gavin offers news on player ins-and-outs, David Burton reflects on a big win for his U18’s over Aldershot and stays true to his beliefs as he pens his [I might say, fantastic] own notes.
And, there will be dignitaries in attendance on Saturday – as Rob explains – bring out your best frock! Finally, Jon Couch from the Non League paper celebrates longevity in management. Oh, and yours truly writes some stuff; Chivers and Yorath we salute you. Longevity is not just about life itself, its also the legacy created beyond.
