***SATURDAY’S LEAGUE GAME AT VIRGINIA WATER HAS BEEN POSTPONED ON THE MORNING OF THE GAME DUE TO COVID ISSUES IN THE HOME SQUAD***

Ascot United go in search of three points on the road when they make the short trip to Stag Meadow to play Virginia Water on Saturday.

The Yellamen are eyeing up festive points with The Waters, Reading City and Wokingham and Emmbrook all laying in wait in and around the Maidenhead United county cup tie on 21st December.

Virginia Water are 14th in a congested bottom eight who are separated by just eight points and come into the game off the back of three successive defeats since a Surrey Senior Cup win over Egham.

Saturday’s fixtures include several FA Vase ties – with a further one on Sunday – as the competition reaches the third round stage.

On Sunday, The Ladies seek to end a disappointing sequence of results with a local derby at basement side Woodley United, whereas the Ladies Reserves entertain Hillingdon Abbots looking to extend their winning sequence to 23 games having last dropped points in a defeat against Abbey Rangers 365 days earlier! Both games are league matches.
