What a season for Ascot Diamonds – the Junior Yellas!
Going into the final day, the Diamonds needed a win to clinch the Division 2 title alongside Risborough Rangers. Fate stepped in when Marlow couldn’t field a team, and Ascot were awarded the points—but let’s be clear: this is a squad that earned every ounce of their incredible season. Sixteen hard-fought games later, the Diamonds proved why they are one of the toughest teams in the league.
With only two losses all season, Ascot’s dominance was clear. Goals came from all corners of the pitch, with 13 different goal scorers lighting up the scoreboard. At the back, Hanna Richards stood tall as a rock between the posts, racking up six clean sheets and showing unmatched confidence and composure.
This season wasn’t just about league glory—it was about making memories:

And let’s not forget the Ascot Sapphires, who have been a powerhouse since their promotion from Division 3 last year, on track to finish 3rd in a highly competitive Division 2.
Huge credit goes to Head Coach Alix Todd, a serial winner and champion herself with Ascot Ladies’ first team, who guided this squad to the very top with the invaluable support of assistants Leigh Thomas and Mike Sealy.
