NO PRESSURE, NO DIAMONDS

#WeAreAscot

Clearly Stuart Connor (Manager) and Andy Cox (Coach) who manage our U15 Diamonds know just the right amount of pressure it takes to produce a gem because they have produced three in one go from their precious collection.

Through hard work, dedication and a passion for the game, Stella Villalta, Bella Cox and Emily McMaster have all signed contracts with Professional Football Clubs for next season.

On hearing this fantastic news, Simon Negus Club Chairman said…..

“We are fortunate at Ascot Utd that our junior players often get scouted and signed by professional academies, this is a testament to the development pathway we have at the club.

However I’m not sure we have ever had three players from the same team all get signed by professional clubs at the same time, until now.

We would like to congratulate our U15 Diamonds players Stella Villalta (Arsenal), Bella Cox and Emily McMaster (both Reading FC) on being signed for next season and wish them the very best of luck as they continue their footballing journey.  We will follow your careers with interest and hope to see you all gracing the WSL in the next few years.”

Here is a little message for all our players to remember, ‘A Diamond is a piece of Coal that stuck to the job’
