Directors Simon Negus

Simon has been involved with Ascot United since 2010 when his eldest son joined soccer school, run then by, now Director of Football, Neil Richards.Having fulfilled several roles within the junior section including coaching a team and managing an Age Group. He joined the Board in 2017 taking the role of Club Secretary before stepping into the Chairman role in 2020.He hopes to continue the positive development of the club both on and off the pitch, from the Foundation Academy for five year olds right up to the First Team squads.Simon comes from a rugby playing background, but has been converted to the round ball by his two boys, the youngest of whom still plays for Ascot United.
