BACK THE BOYS AT BURNHAM ON 25TH MAY!

The curtains might have come down elsewhere, but for Ascot United U18s the stage is set for one final performance against Kingstonian U18’s in the Grant McClellan Youth Cup Final on Wednesday 25th May (Burnham FC, 7.30pm).

The Young Yellamen beat Godalming Town in a 4-3 thriller to set up the clash, having already navigated three rounds of the inter-league competition.

The K’s, who were third in the Isthmian Youth League Central Division, beat Camberley Town 2-0 in the other semi final on Friday 20th May.

The match also gives Josh Nice’s side the opportunity to lift knockout cup silverware after both Ascot United and Ascot United Ladies Reserves lost their end-of-season cup finals in recent weeks.

The Young Yellamen are also the current Allied Countries Youth League South champions after an exciting climax to the season where they ousted Westfield with a final-game victory at Fleet Spurs.

Burnham FC is only 10 miles away, so there’s no excuse for not being there!
