Welcome to Issue 1 of the Yellagraph, your regular updates on all the comings and goings at Ascot United from across the whole club.

We’ll keep you in the know about all our upcoming senior fixtures, what’s happening at the club, notes from a someone at the club, fixtures and a sponsor spotlight.

You’ll notice our ‘Photo of the Issue’ looks rather plain, we’d love it to feature your own submissions, so if you’d like to submit one for the next issue then please do get in touch with our new Marketing Manager, Abi Ticehurst.

Enjoy this first issue and let us know if you’ve got any suggestions or things you’d like to see!

Up the Yellas!

Notes from…

To kick things off, this week’s note is from Neil Richards, our Club Director of Football. Here’s what he had to say:

As we head into a new season we have lots to look forward to both on and off the pitch. The club membership continues to grow and we are ambitious to increase participation in sport for both boys and girls, all abilities and all ages from 4 to U18’s. I’m particularly proud to say we now have a disability team in place at the club. We will also continue to invest in people and facilities off the pitch to create a first class, positive and safe environment for all our coaches, players and their families. Finally, I also wish further success to our senior teams with the challenge to top their amazing achievements last season. Have a great season“.
