Directors Neil Richards

Neil is a long term volunteer at the club. He was first introduced when asked to stand in and coach his daughters football team back in 2003. He then embarked on his coaching pathway and attained his UEFA B licence in 2006. Having originally set up our Soccer School Neil went on to develop our Junior and Youth team structures.He also has had extensive experience with our senior section having coached and managed both the Allied Counties Youth team and our U23 development side.More recently he managed the first team for a season in 2017/18 before stepping back onto the board in the role of Director of Football.A life long and suffering Sunderland fan who devotes most of his spare time to Ascot United.
