#WeAreAscot.

Ascot United play the first of two home league matches before Christmas with the visit of near-neighbour Camberley Town on Saturday (3pm). Tickets must be purchased in advance HERE

The match is the first return fixture of the season after Camberley held on for a 1-0 win over The Yellamen on 8th September, although their overall record has been inconsistent with five wins and five defeats from their ten league games. And, since the most recent lockdown as lifted they have lost to Badshot Lea before beating Sheerwater.

During midweek, there were league wins for Sutton Common Rovers (3-0 vs Spelthorne Sports) and Southall (3-1 at Colliers Wood United) as the pressure continues at the top end of the table.

This weekend also sees the Ladies’ Reserves scheduled to play away at Guildford Saints Ladies on Sunday (2pm) in the TVWFL D3E, although Ascot United Ladies first team have signed off until January.

This weekend’s Combined Counties Program is as follows, including several teams in FA Vase third round action. Pictured: Duarte Surpanu is conratulated after scoring the opening goal at Frimley Green last weekend (shooting-stars.co.uk)
