I have lived in this area for over 20 years. I have three boys aged between 11 and 20 who have all played for Ascot United, two have also refereed and coached a team. My youngest continues to play on a Sunday so I still have a few years to go on the sidelines...I became the first female director of the club joining the board in November 2014.
I thought it would be fun to take my FA level 1 coaching certificate, which I passed in 2017.My responsibilities on the board are Merchandising, Sponsorship and Fund Raising by organising events, such as the Sports Dinner and presentation fun day entertainment etc.During my six years of working closely within the football club, I have gained an appreciation of the challenges of running this club but also the breadth of the role the club plays in this community. I have huge respect for contribution of the board, staff and volunteers that give so much of their time to provide community football for junior thru to adult teams. As a busy mum of three boys helping out with the football club, I also work for Royal Ascot Racecourse working within the Royal Enclosure department. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog, a french bulldog called Lola, holidays, baking, reading and spending time with family and friends.
We need players We are always on the look out for new players, from all age groups and levels. if you are interested in joining a forward thinking, ambitious, grass-roots football club click the link to find out more
