Eversley & California Youth Royals v Ascot United U13 Raiders

Raiders started the game at a high tempo and pressed Eversley looking for an early goal.  After a first half that saw Ascot hit the bar twice from close range, the teams went into the break at 0-0.

With little to say or change at half time, the team went out for the second half with the clear message to keep playing the way they had been and stay focused until the final whistle.  Raiders did exactly as instructed and again created clear cut chances that unfortunately they could convert.

Eversley had created some good opportunities of their own throughout the game and in the second half they scored from a cross and a long range speculative shot that dipped over the Goalkeepers outstretched arms.

Ascot were very well received by the opposition and thank Managers, Coaches and Parents who complimented us on our performance.
