Opening and Closing Car Park at Charters School
For some now we have been in discussion with Charters School regarding the opening of the Detached field Car Park when we play matches there. The school has now agreed to the following arrangements;

A combination lock keystore is located in the porch of the bungalow opposite the detached field where we play matches. Inside the safe are two keys, one for the lower bar and one for the higher bar. (The higher bar should only be opened in the event of a large emergency vehicle requiring access). Managers will be advised of the combination to the keystore.

Each match day the manager of the team with the earliest kick off will need to open the lower barrier, return the key to the safe before preparing for the game.

The key must not be retained by the manager once the barrier is unlocked, it must be returned to the safe

The manager whose team finishes last must retrieve the key from the safe and re-lock the padlock. If there are still vehicles in the car park when the field is clear then they should be locked in.

Once the barrier is closed and the key is back in the safe then please text Mark Cooper on 07836 758305 confirming that the gates are locked and the site is secure.

Do not under any circumstances leave the barrier(s) open when we are not onsite
